Now I Feel Defeated
This statement, that was just made, can cause a person to feel condemnation for their inadequate hatred for sin and desire for perfection. Condemnation isn’t the purpose of this statement. It is made so as to cause us to turn to God when we lack adequate attitudes concerning sin and about perfection.
Whatever it is that is wrong with us, we can bring it to God and HE will work with us to change it. We can either go into condemnation or we can pray. We can either spend all our time looking at our weaknesses and failures or we can see the power of God to keep us growing spiritually.

Ask God to help you stay out of condemnation and always turn to Him for help. He alone can help you forgive those who have hurt you.
